A Collaboration Born from Passion and Friendship
Only 96 bottles of this extraordinary Cognac exist worldwide, and Club Mareva Beirut has been entrusted with just 18 a privilege that reflects our enduring connection with both the Maison Delamain and Aaron Sigmond.
Aaron’s name is well known to cigar aficionados through his celebrated works Cigars: A Biography and The Impossible Collection of Cigars. It was our honor myself, Woody, and my wife Najat to have collaborated with Aaron on Cigars: A Biography, a project that deepened our friendship and shared devotion to the cigar world.
That friendship now continues in liquid form through Delamain SIG CIGAR XO, an eau de vie born from Aaron’s partnership with Charles Braastad, ninth generation descendant of James Delamain and current maître de chai of the famed Cognac house. Together, they created a Cognac that doesn’t merely pair with cigars it was designed for them.
